Our Founder
Founded by Dwayne Wright former Lincoln High School (San Diego) standout, Fresno State star, and NFL player, MRD was born from a deeply personal understanding of how guidance, opportunity, and support can change a young life.
Having walked the path from high school athletics to the highest levels of professional sports, Dwayne built MRD to extend those same life-changing opportunities to youth in underserved communities.
Rooted in family and community, we connect young people with essential access to sports programs, academic enrichment, and college pathways.
